I am a second year Masters student in the Department of Mechanical Engineering (ME) at Stanford University, where I am specializing in Mechatronics, Robotics & Controls.
This summer, I was an Autonomous Driving Software Intern at Lucid Motors, Newark working in the AD/ADAS team on developing software solutions for ensuring safety and robustness of next generation self-driving vehicles.
I graduated magna cum laude from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology), Daejeon majoring in Mechanical Engineering. During my Bachelors, I’ve conducted research on Microfluidics under the mentorship of Prof. Hyung Jin Sungin (Flow Control Lab) You can find my CV here and papers or reports for all the above work in the publication section.

We developed a ROS package for a TurtleBot3 Burger to autonomously explore a mock environment where it needed to "pick up and deliver" food items based on the images it saw along the way. This project was a part of the course AA 274 (Principles of Robotic Autonomy) at Stanford
We developed controllers for a Volkswagen Golf GTI to autonomously drive around a parking lot in an oval path while ensuring a comfortable ride. This project was a part of the course ME 227 (Vehicle Dynamics and Controls)
We designed and built an interactive bike game by integrating the TIVA LaunchPad with different electronic components, encapsulated in a clean mechanical design.
We designed and built an autonomous ball collection and depositing robot by integrating the TIVA LaunchPad with different electronic components for sensing and actuation, encapsulated in a clean mechanical design.
We designed and built an autonomous hovercraft and controller by integrating the TIVA LaunchPad with different electronic components for sensing and actuation, encapsulated in a clean mechanical design.
In this project, we designed an Autonomous Ball Collecting and Depositing Robot with me as the Controls and Design Lead of this Project
Led our school's team in the AICHE Chem-E-Car Competition 2017 in Minneapolis and won the Most Consistent Permformance Award.
Designed and fabricated microchannels with various heights and widths to characterize the width of the MAC region formed by a single travelling SAW in microfluidic devices
Conducted CFD simulations of shocktube using OpenFOAM
Conducted a study on nuclear transparency among colleagues from Princeton, MIT, KTH and attended seminars about nuclear non-proliferation.
Proposed a model and conducted experiments on micro-explosion of impinging wateroil emulsion droplets of varying concentrations on a hot plate
Led a team of 15+ students in planning and coordinating an annual international entrepreneurial conference for two years
